Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75; otherwise $6.95. Express options are available at checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Start a return by emailing hello@mybrand.com with your order number.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
Privacy
We only collect the information needed to process and deliver your order. We never sell your data. Our checkout is PCI-DSS compliant and all data is encrypted in transit.
